Easy Returns

Contact us to initiate a return within the eligible window.

Original Condition

Items must be unworn and in original packaging with tags.

Refund to Source

Refunds are credited back to your original payment method.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging with all tags intact. Items purchased during sales or promotional events may not be eligible for return unless defective.

How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, please contact us at cosmocrest@gmail.com or WhatsApp +91 80807 82643 with your order number and the reason for return. Our team will guide you through the process. Please do not return items without prior authorization.

Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed and credited to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned including: custom or personalized jewellery, earrings (for hygiene reasons), items that have been worn, altered, or damaged after delivery, and items returned without authorization.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.

Shipping Costs for Returns

You will be responsible for the shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund where applicable.
