How do I start a return?
Email us at hello@cosmocrest.com with your order number and the items you wish to return. We'll send you a prepaid shipping label within 24 hours.
What condition do items need to be in?
Items must be returned in their original condition — unused, unwashed, with original tags attached and in original packaging.
When will I receive my refund?
Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds are processed within 2–3 business days. Your bank may take an additional 3–5 days to reflect the credit.
Can I exchange for a different size or color?
Yes. Contact us with your exchange request and we'll do our best to accommodate. Exchanges are subject to stock availability.
